The Central Hinds Academy Board of Directors is responsible for ensuring the mission of the school is fulfilled. To that end, the Board of Directors sets school policy and ensures it is followed, sets an overall budget, monitors finances, and hires the Head of School. Each director should seek to stay informed of school plans and initiatives so that he or she can effectively communicate with patrons on such matters.
