New Family Fee

New families will add a one-time fee of $1000 (per family) to the cost below. If you leave CHA and return later, you will be considered a new family again. The new family fee is due when the application is submitted.

Tuition Discount

A 5% discount is given to the tuition portion only for grades K5-12 if it is paid in full by June 1, 2026. Semi-Annual payments can be made for a 2% discount on tuition only with payments due June 1, 2026 and December 1, 2026.

After School Day Care

We offer after school day care for 3K-6th grade from 2:45 – 6:00. The cost is $175 per month from August 2026 to May 2027. There will be a charge of $5 per minute after 6:00. You may also use after care on a “drop in” basis for $10 per hour.

Activity Fee

There is a mandatory $100 non-refundable activity fee per year, per student. This fee is not discounted and will be split based on the tuition plan chosen in FACTS.

Book/Technology Fee

There is a mandatory $240 non-refundable book/technology fee per year, per student. This fee is not discounted and will be split based on the tuition plan chosen in FACTS.

Registration Fee

The yearly registration fee is $315 per student for all grades. The registration fee is due when an application is submitted.
