Senior Spotlight: Amory Grzanich of Raymond, MS.
Amory is a shooting guard on the cougar two-time State Championship ladies basketball team. Being a part of back to back State Championship teams is one of Amory's most fun memories of her time at Central Hinds Academy. Not only is this a huge accomplishment but Amory is very proud to be able to say that the 2024 lady cougars were the first ladies team in school history to win a state championship. Her advice to future cougars is "Make school fun!". After graduation Amory plans to attend the Barber Stylist Program at Hinds Community College where she has received a Foundation Scholarship. We wish Amory good luck in her future endeavors and can't wait to see what she accomplishes after leaving CHA! Go Eagles!

Senior Spotlight: Landon Harvey of Terry, MS
While at Central Hinds Academy, Landon has been a part of our boys basketball team as a power forward. Landon mentions that his proudest moment at CHA was when our boys basketball team won the 2024-2025 state championship. When asked about his most fun memories he mentions Coach Edwards' class. He also mentions Coach Crain when asked about a staff member that really impacted his time at CHA. Landon says "he helped me in basketball but more importantly he helped me become a better man and human in life". For future cougars Landon says "enjoy your years" at Central Hinds. After graduation Landon plans to pursue a degree in business at Hinds Community College where he will receive a Foundation Scholarship. We wish Landon good luck in his future endeavors and can't wait to see what he accomplishes after leaving CHA. Go Eagles!
