We've been made aware that the water should be turned back on shortly. We will have a regular day of school. If anything changes, we will let you know. If you are late due to not having water, it will be an excused tardy.

Classes will resume regular schedule tomorrow, Wednesday, January 22nd. Due to extremely cold temperatures, students may wear appropriate jeans, CHA sweatshirts, and heavy coats for the remainder of this week.
Varsity basketball teams only will be playing at Riverfield. Girls game will begin at 5:00.
Boys soccer will be playing Manchester at CHA. Game will begin at 3:00.
Due to the forecasted hazardous travel conditions and extremely cold temperatures, Central Hinds Academy will be closed on Tuesday, January 21, 2025.

Riverfield has postponed the basketball games to Wednesday, January 22nd, Varsity ONLY with the girls game beginning at 5:00.
Boys Soccer verses Manchester will now be Thursday, January 23rd at CHA. Game begins at 4:00.
Administration is closely monitoring the weather forecast. Should any changes to our regular schedule for Tuesday (or beyond) become necessary, we will notify you promptly through text alert, email, website, and our Facebook page.
CHA Beauty and Beau will be held today at 3:00PM, on the campus of Hinds Community College, Cain Hall. Admission is $8 students and $10 adults. Who’s Who winners will be announced at the intermission of both pageants.
