Students who are planning participate in Driver's Ed this summer, must have the permission form and fee paid by today, May 7th. Students received the form a few weeks ago, but a copy is attached.
We will have a meeting tomorrow for students to receive the assignments. Coach Barrett will reach out to each individual student to arrange the schedule for driving. Capital Ortho is offering FREE physicals Saturday, May 10th at their Madison location. CHA's reserved time begins at 9:45. Attached is the physical form needed. Hard copies will be available in the office. Reminder that ALL CHA Athletes MUST have an up to date physical on file to participate in athletic activities.
