Please make sure that your child's lunch account is current and does not have an outstanding balance. Last day for lunch to be served in the cafeteria will be Monday, May 12th.

Students who are planning participate in Driver's Ed this summer, must have the permission form and fee paid by today, May 7th. Students received the form a few weeks ago, but a copy is attached. We will have a meeting tomorrow for students to receive the assignments. Coach Barrett will reach out to each individual student to arrange the schedule for driving. Students typically drive in pairs with Coach Barrett. All tuition and fees must be up to date for students to take their exams next week or view report card. All athletic uniforms must be turned in for students to take their exams or view report card/transcript.

Capital Ortho is offering FREE physicals Saturday, May 10th at their Madison location. CHA's reserved time begins at 9:45. Attached is the physical form needed. Hard copies will be available in the office. Students can wear polos that have been purchased from Dennis or from the Cougar Store previously. Skorts and khaki pants/shorts can be purchased from any store or vendor. Congratulations to Rhett Smith in Mrs. Atwood's second grade for winning the Mississippi Farm Bureau coloring contest for Hinds County. He received a certificate and $20! Such a creative and clever cougar!

‼️Baseball Game Change‼️ Baseball game today will now be played at 3:30 at Tri-County. Varsity Baseball Players will be dismissed at the end of 5th period and the bus will leave at 1:45. Go Cougars!! 💚💛

Alumni Spotlight: Dr. David Henry, Class of 1995. Dr. Henry has proven the student body of Central Hinds correct when they voted him Most Likely to Succeed. Not only has Dr. Henry had a successful career as a Physical Therapist but then returned to school and found his passion by becoming a dentist and opening his own practice.
